The Hakuba House Bar – or ‘Bar Three Horse’ is the heart and hub of the lodge. We have an open fireplace, pool table, lounges, forest views and plenty of games to keep you entertained. This open chill-out area is the perfect place to unwind and relax with friends after a day on the mountain. ‘Three Horse’ was the previous name of the pension.
The Hakuba House Bar is well stocked with a great selection of premium Japanese beer, Australian, New Zealand, Italian and French wine, top shelf spirits, and the local favourites, Sake, Shochu, and Umeshu (yummy plum wine).
Happy Hour is from 4-5pm every day.
Bars around Hakuba - there are plenty of bars to choose from in Hakuba. "The Pub" in Wadano is just down the road. Happo Village and Echoland has some great bars and clubs; The Butter Bar, Yohei Club, Marzen, Master Braster, 902, Q-Tips, Cherry Pub.

Breakfast – All guests receive a delicious breakfast every day. We bake our own bread every morning and serve a broad spread of healthy continental style breakfast. A different hot selection is also served for breakfast every day (pancakes, porridge, eggs, French toast etc.)
In House Dinners – The Hakuba House kitchen serves up delicious dinners 3-4 nights a week. With hearty meals of generous portions you don’t have to worry about going out to eat. Just opt in to eat with us that day and get back to that game of pool or a book by the fire.
Guest Fridge and Microwave – It is Japanese hospitality licensing that restricts the use of the kitchen to staff only, however, we have a guest fridge and microwave available for all to use.
Pizza’s – Every night is Pizza night at Hakuba House. Take the easy option - just grab a pizza from the Bar for dinner - available every night of the week.
Dinner-Drop-Off-Service – it couldn’t be easier – Hakuba House offers a free shuttle service to any restaurant in Hakuba on nights we don't serve dinner.
