The Hakuba House Bar – or ‘Bar Three Horse’ has an open fireplace, pool table, forest views, friendly and warm atmosphere with a great selection of wine, sake, spirits, beers and cocktails. This open chill-out area is the perfect place to unwind and relax with friends after a day on the mountain. ‘Three Horse’ was the name of the pension before we bought it in 2007.

Private Onsen – a private Japanese Hot Spring just next door. (Rates apply). Not part of Hakuba House, although, a must do for every guest. The best way to restore those muscles after a full day on the mountain. You can book as a couple, family or group of friends (up to 6 people).

The Lounge – a huge open plan lounge area where you can relax on the comfortable sofas. The lounge also has a big TV with hundreds of English channels on Cable and plenty in-house DVDs to choose from.

Entertainment - in the bar we have a poker table and a variety of board games. We also have a 7ft 1-piece slate pool table for guests to enjoy. Hakuba House is one of the few places in town that has a pool table. We also have a Nintendo Wii with plenty of games.

Free Tea and Coffee - available for all guests to use 24 hours a day.

Wireless Internet – Free Wireless Broadband Internet for those that bring their laptops.

Lodge PC - free use of the Lodge Desktop PC connected to Broadband.

Laundry – Free use of the washing machine and dryer. Washing powder provided.

Drying Room with wet access - conveniently store and dry your boots, boards and skis. Access to the ski room is via a wet access so you don’t have to take your gear off at the door.

Underfloor Heating – Kerosene and air conditioning systems can smell and be uncomfortably dry. Underfloor heating, along with the open fire place, provide a clean, even and gentle heat throughout the whole lodge.
