Ski In Ski Out - The best thing about our location is that you can ski right back to the front door. For most of the season you can clip into your bindings out front and ski straight onto the Sakka lifts. Otherwise, it’s just a 180m (2 mins) walk. Ski-in Ski-out accommodation in Hakuba is almost non-existent particularly at Happo-One, the premier resort in Hakuba.
Restaurants and Bars - Hakuba House boasts a great location, allowing for easy access to restaurants and bars either by foot, shuttle bus (bus stop next door) or take advantage of the “Hakuba-House-Dinner-Drop-Off” shuttle service to any restaurant in Hakuba.
Wadano Village - Sitting at 890m, this mountain ski lodge is set in the exclusive area of Wadano - one of the best mini-villages of Happo One. Wadano is a quaint and exclusive area with several restaurants and bars.
Onsens - The essence of Japanese alpine culture is unquestionably the volcanic hot springs known as Onsens. Hakuba House is surrounded by many Onsens. Right next door to Hakuba House on one side you have a Japanese traditional Onsen and right next door on the other side the only Private Onsen in Hakuba. This Private Onsen is the best we have visited in Japan. A truly intoxicating experience that no one should miss out on.
Resort Shuttle Buses – Hakuba House is connected and the rest of the Hakuba Valley by shuttle bus. The shuttle bus stop is right next door. This connects you to all other ski resorts in the Hakuba valley and restaurants and bars outside of Wadano.
